Applying Dream’s innovative, value-driven approach to impact investing, minimizing environmental impact and maximizing financial returns.
We are pleased to announce that Dream Alternatives has narrowed its focus to investments that generate strong financial returns and positive social and environment impacts. To clearly reflect this purpose we have changed the name to Dream Impact Trust (MPCT).
Sustainability is ingrained in how we run our business internally and externally. It fits naturally with Dream’s purpose to Build Better Communities and aligns with our values and investment philosophy, it guides how we think, live and work. MPCT has a significant portfolio and will be pursuing new investment opportunities where we can utilize our unique capabilities to drive meaningful change and provide strong financial returns.
MPCT is managed by Dream and will continue to leverage the depth and expertise of the Dream platform. Dream’s experienced management team has a track record of identifying unique investment opportunities and delivering compelling returns allowing MPCT to achieve its purpose driven investments as well as generate attractive returns for investors.
