Toronto – Founders of Longslice Brewery and The Dock Ellis introduce the newest edition to the Canary District: The Aviary Brewpub – a sports bar and brewery currently under construction.
The brew pub will feature a full tap room, bottle shop, craft beer inspired menu with dishes imported from The Dock Ellis, arcade games and pool, and a 130-seat patio facing Front Street Promenade. The Aviary is a fun, community-friendly vibe, with a focus on craft beer, amazing food, and sportsThe patio will also have lanes for some lazy lawn games to play while you enjoy your beer.

Dream Centres would like to welcome the first Save-On-Foods to open in South Kensington, Saskatoon!
Save-On-Foods is Canada’s largest western-based grocery retailer who currently operates more than 150 stores. At the opening of this location, a never-before-seen collection item was shown, luring visitors from near and far.
May 2017 marked the ground breaking for Phase 1 of Dream Centres’ new retail development in Montrose (High River, AB).
The first Phase of this 4.11-acre development includes a 20,000 square foot CRU building that will be home to national retailers such as Mr. Mikes restaurant, Anytime Fitness, Panago Pizza, and Pet Value, and will also include the development of a Wendy’s restaurant. Construction activity is moving fast on the site, with tenant anticipated to take possession in the Fall. The first building has two vacancies for lease.
Construction is now complete in Edmonton for our new two-storey building located on Tamarack Way
This building (16,000 square feet) will be the new home of Kids and Company and Bulk Barn directly adjacent to Walmart, bringing both childcare and value to the Tamarack Community. Now that construction is completed, Dream Centres is working hand in hand with Kids and Company and Bulk Barn to facilitate their store openings in the Fall.
Dream Centres’ Shops at South Kensington development is going through the final construction touches, gearing up for the opening
Located at the gateway of the Kensington Community, Shops at South Kensington will be home to several national retailers that will bring excellent food and convenience options to the growing Kensington community, including Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Popeye’s Louisiana Chicken, Ultracuts, and Pet Valu; ScotiaBank is also already open for business.
Dream set to bring the moviegoing experience to its new community of Brighton in Saskatoon
Dream, one of Canada’s largest real estate companies, and Magic Lantern Theatres, the operators of The Roxy and Rainbow Cinemas, today announced a new first run cinema is coming to Dream’s community of Brighton. Expected to open Fall 2017 in the Brighton Marketplace, the theatre will serve as a new entertainment destination for Saskatoon residents and feature the first run box office hits.
