Calgary

Overview

Since 1997, Dream Development has been successful in developing a number of west side communities in Calgary, for Calgarians. Our team works in partnership with consultants, engineers, planners, and architects, bringing together an array of skills to identify the best solutions to build great communities.

The neighbourhoods we have built showcase our expertise in building communities in which people want to live. Residents enjoy the homes, parks, trails, and open spaces of the Dream communities; the streetscapes, road networks, and municipal infrastructure highlight our commitment to the city.

We know what it takes to realize the full potential of a community – the economic, environmental, fiscal, social and cultural factors – and we use this knowledge to develop communities in which Calgarians want to live.
