Vista Crossing is where life is simplified in a most sophisticated way. Just a short drive north of Calgary, this is a place where you can unplug and reconnect with what really matters. A place where the pace is gentler and life revolves around family and community, where kids can be kids, and everyone waves to one another from their charming porch.
The first master planned community in Crossfield, Dream’s 160-acre development is home to 20 acres of green space, 5 acres of protected wetlands, and 4 kilometers of walking trails. Local schools, community centres, sports fields, skateboard and splash parks can all be found right in town, yet you’re only ever 15 minutes from Airdrie or outlet shopping at CrossIron Mills and just 35 minutes from Calgary’s vibrant city centre.
Commuting is a breeze for those working in the city, yet with the community sitting on top of Alberta’s SuperNet, residents have access to affordable, ultrafast gigabit internet, making mornings where you’re working remotely more about walking the kids to school than sitting in the car.
Launching Fall 2021 as part of Calgary’s final unfragmented expansion to the west, Alpine Park is a 476 acre next-generation greenfield development encompassing a raw and unmatched potential of frontage lands along the $2.2 billion Southwest Ring Road within the Providence Area Structure Plan. Its new urbanist design is built around a dynamic mix of housing types, demographics and land uses with a Village Centre at the heart of it all. Bringing together all Dream’s disciplines, Alpine Park’s Village Centre will be a collaborative inter-company effort to provide everything residents could need within an 8-minute walking distance to home and to establish a unique retail destination for visitors coming from elsewhere in the city.
Alpine Park has the location, the infrastructure and the core foundations to take a cohesive, comprehensive development vision and turn it into something remarkable. With 1650 total acres owned within the region, Dream’s efforts will undoubtedly set the tone for additional development in the area.

Castle Keep is a community that showcases Dream’s history of obtaining great land and working with high caliber builders. Located on a secluded hillside in Calgary’s coveted west side, surrounded by stands of old growth trees and tantalizing views of the nearby mountains, Castle Keep’s exclusiveness has met market demand with only 114 single-family homes and 136 executive Eurostyle townhomes.
To access the community, residents pass the impressive entrance feature – a park containing a majestic knight – and cross the Timber Bridge which highlights the care taken to preserve the natural environment. Twenty eight percent of the community is dedicated to green space or ponds.
Wentworth began in 2003 with the aim to complement the beauty of the land with homes that adhere to higher architectural requirements. Tree coverage was left in the natural ravines, and where possible, on some lots. Wentworth features two ponds surrounded by natural vegetation, two soccer fields and a public elementary school.
A variety of home styles are available in Wentworth, including estate homes, villas, townhouse condos and large, estate homes.
These special areas are estate style communities in southwest of Calgary. The unique features of these communities are their lot sizes, architectural treatment, tree coverage and ample green space. The Willows of Wentworth is a tranquil enclave of luxury homes in a protected natural aspen forest. Wentworth Estates contains lots larger than average size, which allows for unique home designs to be built – specifically wide homes with double side garages and wrapping front verandas, or triple car garages with side entry.
Springside began in 1999 and is home to approximately 500 residences. The community features estate homes, rear-garage narrow homes, villas, townhomes and condos.
The open spaces in Springside are made up of a number of parcels of land dedicated by Dream for public use. A pathway connects these parcels so residents can enjoy strolling along the linear parkway through groves of native trees and tot lots. The community also has a school.
Stationed on the south side of Signal Hill, Richmond Hill’s development began in the early 1990s. There are more than 1,600 homes in this 290-acre neighbourhood.

Richmond Hill homes overlook the beautiful Elbow Valley with sweeping views of the Rockies. The area is well served by a variety of shopping centres, school, and other amenities.
