Dream Development is one of Western Canada’s leading and most respected residential developers. Now active in the greater Edmonton region for over 30 years, the company has a legacy of creating communities with an array of popular and practical lifestyle amenities.

Dream’s vision is to create master planned communities where families can establish roots and live comfortable, enjoyable lives. Over the years, Dream has developed many quality communities, including Strathcona Village and Willow Ridge in Sherwood Park, and Mill Creek Meadows, Meadowbrook Ravines, Tamarack and Laurel in Southeast Edmonton. Maple Crest, a naturally spectacular neighbourhood in the southeast, and Laurel Green, an extension of Laurel, are currently in various stages of development.

Through a collaborative, responsible work ethic and professional planning that enhances and improves the land, Dream delivers a broad range of home styles and ensures that important daily amenities and transit are close to home. By design, the communities we build feature generous green spaces, parks, playgrounds and recreation areas where all residents can relax, connect and rejuvenate.

Dream communities are where families want to live and grow, treasuring the special moments of everyday life and creating memories that last forever.
