Jason Carlston is a Vice President of Land for Dream Development in Regina. Prior to joining Dream, Jason spent close to 16 years with the City of Regina where his most recent position was the Executive Director of City Planning and Development. In this role, he was responsible for all long range, infrastructure, and current planning; infrastructure and building permits and inspection; property assessment; and real estate. As a member of the City’s Executive Team, Jason sponsored several significant policy and organizational initiatives including: operational reviews and restructuring, customer service initiatives, development of a Downtown Neighbourhood Plan and the preparation of a new Official Community Plan. Jason also regularly serves as a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina (the “U of R”) and holds undergraduate degrees in Geography and Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Urban Geography from the U of R.

Katherine Godwin is the Land Development Manager at Dream Development in Regina, and is responsible for the management of current and new Dream communities in the City of Regina including day to day operations, land use planning, engineering, construction and marketing. Prior to joining the company, Katherine worked in the land development industry as a consulting engineer where her responsibilities were to manage the planning, design and construction of new neighborhoods. She also has experience in project management and environmental consulting. Katherine is a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Environmental Systems Engineering and a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan where she earned a Master’s in Business Administration in 2012.

Carli Brundige Gotchia is the Marketing Manager at Dream Development in Regina and is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives for our communities. Prior to joining Dream Development Carli gained experience throughout both the home building and advertising industries while working for a media outlet, an advertising agency, and our homes division, Homes by Dream. Carli graduated from the University of Regina with her Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Marketing.

Evan Hunchak is the General Manager at Dream Development in Regina, and is responsible for the management of current and new Dream communities in the City of Regina including day to day operations, land use planning, engineering, construction and marketing. Prior to joining the company, Evan worked in the land development industry as a consultant engineer where his responsibilities were to manage the planning, design and construction of new neighborhoods. He has accumulated over 10 years of project management experience and 7 years of development experience. Evan is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 2004.

Sylvia Heinek is the Land Administrator for Dream Development in Regina.  Immediately after receiving her post-secondary office practice certificate in 1970, she joined the company (then Cairns Homes).  Her responsibilities include various administrative duties, lot sales and working closely with the Regina home builders.

Amanda Leslie is the Analyst for Dream Development Regina. Prior to joining the company, Amanda covered the insurance, property management and oil servicing sector where she gained over 19 years of experience in administration, accounting and budget analysis. She has obtained her General Education Diploma, and continues to work toward increasing her experience in the land development industry.

Corinne Dovell is the Marketing Coordinator at Dream in Regina, and assists with marketing initiatives in current Dream communities & upcoming Dream communities. Prior to Corinne’s role in marketing she gained home building experience while working for Homes by Dream as the Customer Experience Administrator. Before Corinne started her career at Dream she received her diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and worked many years in Hospitality/Event Management.

Trevor Williamson is responsible for current and new community project management, contract administration, land use planning, engineering, construction and marketing assistance for the developments.  Immediately prior to coming to Dream, Trevor was a Land Development Manager for a consultant firm where his responsibilities included managing the planning, design and construction of new neighborhoods in the local Regina area.  Trevor has 16 years of direct experience in the Land Development sector and has worked in various regions across Saskatchewan and Alberta as a Senior Design Technologist.  Trevor is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1997.
