Touch down in Regina’s fastest growing community where you can live, play, shop and work. With a diverse community plan that echoes classic neighbourhoods with a modern edge, Harbour Landing will be a community within a community that will feature everything you need … and some features that you have only imagined.

Stroll the wide, tree-lined boulevards on your way to get a coffee at the neighbourhood shop, where musicians play live on Wednesday nights. Expand your lungs in clean morning air with a jog or bike ride on the “greenways” that run through the entire area. Take your kids to the many different parks, enjoy a family skate and see the lighting of the Christmas tree in the “urban village”.

Whatever you can imagine, you can build in Harbour Landing.

Quality, Longevity and Craftsmanship. These are the values that Coopertown holds near and dear. When placed together, the words ‘Cooper’ and ‘town’ become greater than the sum of their parts, representing a community that is established on the above qualities, while also remembering and capitalizing on the success of past small town communities.
