Current Communities

Brighton will be the first residential neighbourhood to be developed within the boundary of the new Holmwood Sector.

Brighton will be an attractive and walkable neighbourhood, with amenities, transit and recreational open space in close proximity to residents. Neighbourhood elements such as a constructed wetland complex, an extensive linear park system and the central modified divided entrance roadway with an internalized water feature will promote neighbourhood identity, character and a sense of place.

More than a collection of houses, Saskatoon’s newest neighborhood will be a vibrant community to call home. With an inviting Village Square, picturesque ponds, parks and space for local shops, this is a neighbourhood where people can live, play and work. Designed to connect seamlessly to nearby communities, this environmentally-sustainable urban village will enrich the lives of its residents.

The Stonebridge Community provides a vision for a residential and mixed-use community in south Saskatoon. The development has been carefully, thoughtfully and innovatively designed to meet the lifestyle wants and needs of its residents.

Stonebridge is well-located in Saskatoon and boasts an open space system that integrates more than 208 acres of park, perimeter buffer and ponds/wetlands. The community takes an innovative approach to suburban design, offering a diverse mix of land uses and wide range of housing choices.

Located on the south side of Saskatoon, the Willows is the first community of its kind – a residential golf community. City amenities and country living come together in a place that is truly paradise.

The unique community is surrounded by a nationally acclaimed golf facility situated amongst rolling hills, mature trees and scenic water features. The Willows provides a wide variety of amenities – fine dining, grill room and lounge, private function rooms, the Red Barn, massage service, lockers, steam rooms, and a fully stocked golf shop. Beyond the golf and social facilities, the outdoors at The Willows can be experienced year round with walking trails, and in the winter, ice skating and cross country skiing.

The community features impressive single family homes on spacious lots, townhome villas and apartment style homes by the city’s most respected builders, all in keeping with the architectural guidelines for the community.

Hampton Village is the first neighbourhood of its kind on Saskatoon’s west side. The community features a Village Centre, complete with gathering spaces, recreational facilities, plus the shops and services needed to support village life. The neighbourhood also features an extensive park system, complete with pedestrian walkways and bike paths that will connect the Village Centre to residential areas. The community also provides excellent connections by car to all parts of the Saskatoon. Public transit routes in the surrounding area are well-established.

Hampton Village offers a small-town feel with city conveniences.

Future Communities

Elk Point will be the second neighbourhood to be developed in the Blairmore Sector and will be bordered to the east and south by existing neighbourhoods: Hampton Village, Dundonald, Confederation Park and Kensington. The community will be livable and vital, created in promotion of Saskatoon’s vision for growth, and will utilize wet ponds as a natural mechanism for controlling and storing water.

Elk Point will be a “complete community” that will feature a variety of housing options, resident services, and amenities that are easily accessible to serve the daily needs of residents and visitors.

Developed Communities

Dream Development and its predecessor companies under several corporate ownership structures have been directly involved in the planning and development of many neighbourhoods in Saskatoon. Some of these include: Confederation Park, Parkridge, Wildwood, Briarwood, Erindale and Arbor Creek.
