Brighton will be the first residential neighbourhood to be developed within the boundary of the new Holmwood Sector.

Hampton Village is the first neighbourhood of its kind on Saskatoon’s west side. The community features a Village Centre, complete with gathering spaces, recreational facilities, plus the shops and services needed to support village life. The neighbourhood also features an extensive park system, complete with pedestrian walkways and bike paths that will connect the Village Centre to residential areas. The community also provides excellent connections by car to all parts of the Saskatoon. Public transit routes in the surrounding area are well-established.

Elk Point will be the second neighbourhood to be developed in the Blairmore Sector and will be bordered to the east and south by existing neighbourhoods: Hampton Village, Dundonald, Confederation Park and Kensington. The community will be livable and vital, created in promotion of Saskatoon’s vision for growth, and will utilize wet ponds as a natural mechanism for controlling and storing water.
Elk Point will be a “complete community” that will feature a variety of housing options, resident services, and amenities that are easily accessible to serve the daily needs of residents and visitors.
