Land and Housing
Dundee Developments comprises our Western Canadian land and housing division. Our team includes some of the most qualified and experienced professionals in Western Canada’s residential land development industry and have a proven track record of success. We develop residential communities in Saskatoon and Regina, Saskatchewan and Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, delivering in excess of 1,800 lots annually. We have nine master planned residential communities currently underway and, with a current land inventory that totals over 7,000 acres, we will clearly maintain our current position as developer of choice in these markets. Urban Developments
The company is responsible for the development and marketing of numerous successful mid- to high-end urban condominium projects in Toronto and has an interest in a land and housing development in a fast-growing suburb north of Toronto. We currently have over 2,500 single and multi-family residential units under development. In addition, we own or have a joint venture interest in a number of commercial redevelopment properties in Toronto, which will be converted into residential condominium properties.

The company is co-owner and manager of Toronto’s Distillery Historic District, a unique assembly of historic buildings that now form a 13-acre pedestrian only village dedicated to arts, culture and entertainment, mixed-use development, over 1,000 private condominium residences and more than 400,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.

In addition, we are a co-owner of the historic King Edward Hotel and Private Residences. With our partners, we are undertaking an extensive redevelopment of the property which will encompass approximately 145 private luxury condominium residences as well as a rejuvenation of common areas. Resort Developments
Through its subsidiary, Dundee Resort Developments, DREAM has been active in the resort development business in Colorado since 1989. In addition to developing several successful luxury condominium projects, we own and operate the legendary Arapahoe Basin ski area in Summit County, Colorado, and hold a major interest in Bear Valley Mountain Resort located in the central Sierra Nevada Mountain Range of California.
