Podbi Park, Hannover Gaudi, Amsterdam
Podbi Park is a 37,200 square meter, attractive, high quality office building with ancillary retail and amenity space. A historic former cookie factory complex, it has been extensively renovated. The property is centrally located in Hannover, the eighth largest German office market. Gaudi is a Core+ office asset totalling 8,200 square meter in the South East submarket of Amsterdam, Netherlands. It was built in 2004 and is among the newest buildings in the submarket, fully leased to the Municipality of Amsterdam for a term of 5 years.
Yin Yang, Utrecht Innovum, Nürnberg
Yin Yang, in Utrecht, Netherlands is a 6,900 square meter value-add office building. The acquisition strategy for the building is to implement Dream Global REIT’s well established office concepts and stabilize the asset at a higher occupancy resulting in NOI and value growth. Innovum is a 35,400 square meter office property located in Nuremburg, Germany. This centrally located office campus consists of eight buildings developed and refurbished between 2000 and 2012 around a historic typewriter factory. The site enjoys direct subway access as well as a strong local amenity base.
Handwerkstrasse, Stuttgart OH5, Kassel
Handwerkstrasse 5-7 is a 12,300 square meter value-add office asset located in Stuttgart, one of the strongest office markets in Germany. It is situated in the Vaihingen submarket, a well-connected, high demand office node where the Dream Global REIT already holds its Officivm asset. The asset was recently vacated and Dream Global REIT intends to reposition it to capitalize on the strong unserved occupier demand in Vaihingen. OH5 is a 25,400 square meter multi-tenant light industrial property located in Kassel: one of the strongest light industrial and logistics hubs in Germany. The property is multi-tenanted and consists of five buildings offering modern industrial and logistics space suitable for a diverse set of tenants. The site area is approximately 102,300 square meters offering potential for intensification with up to 29,000 square meters of additional density.
