Dream Alternatives Trust is a mutual fund trust focused on hard asset alternative investments including real estate development, real estate lending and real estate.

Our objectives are to:

  • provide investors with access to an exceptional portfolio of real estate development opportunities and alternative assets that would not otherwise be available in a public and fully transparent vehicle, managed by an experienced team with a successful track record in those areas;
  • build and maintain a growth-oriented portfolio;
  • provide predictable cash distributions to Unitholders on a tax efficient basis; and
  • grow and reposition the portfolio to increase cash flow, unitholders’ equity and annual net asset value (“NAV”) per Unit over time.

Dream intends to continue to reposition the portfolio consistent with what it believes provides attractive risk-adjusted returns from a diversified portfolio of hard asset investments in real estate development, real estate loans, and real estate.

The Trust is managed by Dream Asset Management Corporation, an innovative real estate manager and developer primarily focused on the commercial and residential sectors in North America and Europe.
